Pedalling a railway trolley on the old railway is something everyone will enjoy, young or old. Cycle along at your own speed and enjoy a moment in the surrounding nature. Stay for a coffee break and a swim at the rest stop at Holmåkra, about four kilometres south.

The railway trolleys can be rented via Ambjörnarps byalag (village community), and need to be pre-booked. Price: 150 kr/trolley, there’s room for two adults and one child on each trolley.

Ambjörnarp is a beautiful little community, south of Tranemo, known for its many lakes. But there’s more here than just water. Take the opportunity to visit Björnhyltan’s Trädgård (gardens), just a few kilometres from the trolley tracks. Björnhyltans is an oasis for garden lovers as well as for those who just want to enjoy a calm moment or maybe buy something in the farm shop.
