Malls and shopping centers in all their glory, but in Essunga municipality we keep the market tradition alive when Nossebro Market is arranged all year round. Since 26 August 1903 (!!), Nossebro Market has been running and we can proudly say that it is one of the largest and oldest monthly markets in Sweden. The large scissors that stand in the middle of the market area should remind all shoppers of what cuts (bargain) you can take the opportunity to make on the market.

On the last Wednesday of the month, with the exception of December, little Nossebro comes to life when both residents and long-distance tourists and visitors come to shop and socialize. Every year, more than 100,000 visitors find among the market stalls that offer everything from clothes, toys, flowers, honey, juice and jam, to locally produced and organic high-quality products.

Opening hours & Theme markets
The market takes place on the last Wednesday of the month during January-November between 08: 00-13: 00. Various exciting themes spice up the markets in March-November. Ordinary shops, restaurants and cafes in Nossebro are also on their toes with great offers during the market days.
