Private lessons for individuals:
A lesson is normally 75 minutes long, and after a warmup that allows the instructor to plan a workout to fit your specific needs and wishes.
We can also help you to plan your training and monitor your progress. Personal training is suitable for both beginners and those with long training experience. All can benefit!

Together with X-Country Center Ulricehamn, you have the opportunity to learn the technical basics and develop as skiers. Maybe your big goal might be the Västgöta race or TjejVasan? Or do you want to beat your personal record on the illuminated track? Or, simply a feel good cardio workout? On our training day, all are welcome!
The talented and experienced instructors will share their tips during the day on skiing technique, waxing, equipment, training methods and fitness for skiers.
