Sports association for orientation, skiing and bicycle

Trollhättans SOK is a non profit-association that was created 1937. Today the association has around 1000 members. The club works to create an active lifestyle for kids and teenagers in the outside environment.

Trollhättans Skid- och Orienteringsklubb (TSOK) has three sections, orientation, skiing and bicycle (mountainbike). 

The associations is located at Skidstugan in Strömslund, a beautiful environment next to a nature area. In this area you find a bid range of tracks of different charaters like length and hills. You can also find a MTB track, and during winter season skiing tracks from artifical snow is added in the area. 

All kids and teenagers are welcome to train and compete at the club. And there is a lot of good and comitted coaches that aim to create an environment where everyone is seen and can reach their full potential. 

The club arrange a lot of competitions in the different sports. They also arrange Kraftprovet (a running race in july) and the marathon relay toghether with Trollhättans IF Friidrott. 

TSOK is a member of Swedish Orientation Association, Swedish Skiing Association, Swedish biking Association, Swedish Biathlon Association and the Swedish athletic Association.
