Nuntorp Gård in southern Dalsland on the rural Dalbo´s plain consists of a restaurant, a well-stocked farm shop, and a state-of-the-art conference and meeting center. As a guest, you experience a cohesive blend of tasty, locally produced food and inspiring conference and meeting facilities - all in one place!

Locally sourced ingredients

The farm shop is a treasure trove filled with products from innovative producers in food and home décor – both locally sourced and from selected Swedish suppliers. Sustainability and locally produced goods according to the season are central. The farm has its own sustainable energy production and biochar production and actively works to reduce food waste.

The restaurant is part of the Smaka på Västsverige (Taste West Sweden) network. The network gathers restaurants and cafés that, in close collaboration with local producers, offer West Swedish food experiences based on seasonal local ingredients.

Classic bistro with a twist

Nuntorp Gård's restaurant is a meeting place for food cultures, ingredients, products, and taste buds. The kitchen prepares Swedish classics but with its own twist. Here, flavourful and locally produced pizzas on sourdough crust are also served on certain days and periods. Nuntorp Farm is also skilled in baking and preparing gluten-free alternatives. The restaurant also offers catering with seasonal buffets and sandwich cakes.

Rural meetings and festive events

Nuntorp Farm has conference and meeting rooms for groups of up to 200 people. Choose a half or full-day package or tailor the event to your needs and preferences. Here you'll find modern conference equipment and solutions for hybrid conferences. The largest room is also suitable for various events such as weddings, parties, and larger gatherings.

Nuntorp Farm is located in southern Dalsland on the rural Dalbos plain towards Lake Vänern. Since 1944, the farm has been a place for learning and sustainable development in green industries. These visions still shape the farm's work today, and with the changing society, we have seen an increase in engaged actors who share our passion for sustainability and green solutions. From an agricultural and household school, Nuntorp Farm has flourished into a center with many different actors, all united around the common goal of promoting the green industry.
