Gardesanna's bathing area
Vänersborg
At the foot of the mountain Halleberg is the beach Gardesanna with fine sandy beaches and swimming cliffs. The bathing area is moderately shallow and the water temperature is pleasant on sunny summer days.
Around the bathing area there are many summer cottages and a small boat harbour, so there is a lot to look at if you want to go for a little walk. The large royal mountain Halleberg is also at a close distance. A walk up through Svallklev to the viewpoint where the whole district of Vänersnäs is at your feet is recommended.
Kiosk is available on site. Parking facilities and toilets as well.
