Bus parking in the city center

There are several good parking areas for buses in central Trollhättan, with three locations near the Travel center and the train station. There is also a parking pocket near Drottningtorget (town square), an area for bus parking near Slättbergshallen just east of the city center, and a spot on the west side of the canal near Albert Kök Hotel & Conference.

The parking area at Högskolan Väst can also be used for buses during weekday evenings and weekends.

New for 2025

Touris buses are allowed to park along Polhemsgatan street's bus stops during times when the bus stops are not in use.

Parking along the red marking (see map)

Times:
Monday - Friday: 19:00 - 08.00 the following morning (7 p.m. to 8 a.m.)
Saturday - Sundan: starting from 15:00 (3 p.m.) on Saturday until 08:00 (8 a.m.) on Monday morning. 

No parking fee for tourist buses.

Bus parking in the Innovatum/Slussområdet area

There are no designated areas for buses in the area, but on weekdays, there is a space near Rysskranen (Google link) where you can park. On weekends, there is usually more space in the area, such as the gravel area along the canal on the west side of the area.

The area in front of the SAAB Car Museum is only for drop-off and pick-up.
