Located by the sea in Bleket on southern Tjörn, Lottas Bak&Form Sourdough Bakery offers handcrafted bread and a cozy café where you can enjoy a fika, either inside or out on the pier. All bread and pastries are baked in an open bakery with an ocean view. The coffee is carefully selected from Quo, and there’s a delicious variety of Hollanders ice cream to choose from.

Bring your family and friends, sit down, and enjoy a delightful vegetarian sourdough pizza topped with seasonal vegetables from Mölnebo Odlingar on the outdoor terrace. Take in the sea view and crown your meal with a cappuccino and freshly baked sourdough buns.

At Lottas Bak&Form, high-quality ingredients always come first, with careful attention to sourcing and suppliers. The bakery exclusively uses organic flour from heritage grains, sourced from the local mills Lögens Kvarn and Lundens Gård.
