Bowling for Everyone

Forshallen's Bowling Center offers various bowling experiences. The 8 lanes with an automatic scoring system are adapted and accessible to all. If you need help getting the ball down the lane, there are "rails" to borrow, and each lane is equipped with "bumpers" (rails) for those who have difficulty keeping the ball out of the gutter. Bowling is suitable for the whole family.
For younger children, there are lightweight balls and small shoes.
There is also a cozy café in the bowling alley.

Disco Bowling and After Work

Every Friday and Saturday night, there's disco bowling. The lights go down, and there's disco lighting and music. Some evenings, they also organize after-work events.

An Evening of Bowling

Whether it's a birthday party, a kick-off event, or you simply want to have a really fun evening with friends, you can rent the entire Forshallen's Bowling Center for an evening of bowling, food, and drinks. Forshallen's Bowling Center has a full liquor license.

Bowling Parties and Other Activities

Bowling parties are a perfect activity for children and teenagers between 6-15 years old. During the bowling party, there's disco bowling, good food, ice cream, and drinks. Forshallen's Bowling Center organizes activities targeting different age groups. "Knattebowling" (kids' bowling) and "pensionärsbowling" (senior citizen bowling) are examples of popular activities.

Shuffleboard

Shuffleboard is a game that requires strategy, accuracy, and nerves of steel. But if you do well and manage to outmaneuver your opponents, you can enjoy a great deal of satisfaction. Stones are slid from one end of the table to the other, and the player or team with the best stone when all the stones are played wins the round.

BASIC RULES

Shuffleboard involves sliding your stone so that it lands in the area with the highest points – the farther in it stays, the more points you score. But if you slide it too far, it falls off the edge and is "dead." You can compare this to curling, where you aim to land in the house but not slide past it.

In a game round, you can bump away your opponent's stones, which is the essence of the game. Knock away your opponents and land in the best position, and the points are yours.
