Swim, hike and finish with coffee at the historic Mossebo Stom.
Around Marjebosjön goes the hiking trail Marjeboleden and also the shorter Qvarseboleden, you see markings when you turn in towards the bathing area's parking lot.
Bathing area Marjebosjön has both a sandy beach and grassy areas and is beautifully surrounded by forest. The water is shallow and there is a long nice jetty out into the lake. Toilet, table and benches are available.
When you are here, take the opportunity to visit the historical environment at Mossebo Stom and have a coffee in their summer open café (open Thursday to Sunday in July).
How to find it
Find your way to highway 27 and then head south towards Gislaved and Karlskrona. When you come to the signpost Mossebo, you look for Mossebovägen. After 3 km you take a right towards Qvarsebo. Parking is available immediately after the turn.
