The hostel in Makrillviken is a converted outdoor bathing centre right on the waterfront on the coast of West Sweden. This is where you will find a high-standard hostel only 15 metres from the Skagerak. You can start the day with a morning dip just outside the building then take a walk to Smögen pier, or go out to sea in the hostel's boat.

Buy some nice fish at the fishmongers, discover the shops in the old boathouses and enjoy the bustle of the busy harbour in the summer.
