Skottarn’s concept is based on well-prepared food with great flavours and the goal is to keep an even quality throughout. Above all, their genuine love for what they do should be apparent and hopefully inspire the guests.
Skottarn’s menu is flexible and ingredients chosen based on the season. The basic idea is to serve dishes that suit everyone – whether you prefer meat, fish or vegetarian – so there should always be great food to reflect that on the menu. But naturally, they have a penchant for what the sea has to offer. Pizza is also available on the menu.
For them, the setting and aesthetics are at least as important as the food. Being their guest should be an experience that leaves a positive impression.
