From the cold, fresh waters of Bohuslän, local and small-scale professional fishermen catch fish and shellfish using traps and deliver them directly to the seafood factory on the dock.
The Deli
Here, you can purchase fresh fish and shellfish with delicious accompaniments. The fish counter also offers a wide range of homemade dishes to take home, ready to be cooked in the oven or on the grill. The fish and shellfish are unloaded from local fishermen right at the dock, adjacent to the store.
There are also two summer shops located at Stocken and Varekil on Orust, selling fish and shellfish produced at the factory in Ellös and delivered to the shops.
Food Truck
At the dock, there is also a Food Truck offering street food, such as seafood-based sushi, pizza, beer, wine, and cocktails. They were also the 2019 Swedish champions for the best Street Food.
Catering
Order catering from a pre-made menu suggestion or customize your own menu. They prepare food with quality ingredients directly from the sea for all types of events. You can also order the weekend's food bag, so keep an eye on Facebook for offers and content
