Going for a meal at Den Lilla Krogen in Skövde is like being invited to eat with good friends after a long day’s work, says the restaurateur, Eddy. The restaurant serves good food based on local, high-quality ingredients together with matched drinks, and has a nice atmosphere and great service.

Well-made, organic and locally grown

The passionate team who run Den Lilla Krogen have really created a restaurant for epicures. The menu changes with the seasons: wild game in winter, asparagus in the spring and as much organic food as possible. Look forward to classic dishes such as steak tartare and whitefish roe, sirloin steak, lamb, pikeperch and halloumi, in which the ingredients are sourced from local producers as far as possible. The wine list has carefully selected items with a wide range of organic wines.

There are 44 seats available in the beautiful restaurant situated by Hertig Johans Torg. Another 54 gourmands can be served on the outdoor terrace in the summer season.

The aim is to provide the right conditions for a really enjoyable, rewarding experience. Savouring a good meal together around the table is one of the best social activities for companies, organisations, associations and other groups.
