The Green Hostel is located in Eggby, close to nature, and still only a fifteen minute ride from both Skara and Skövde.
This hostel can offer you the closeness to nature you are looking for. The area is filled with lakes for both swimming, fishing and canoeing as well as walking paths through varied and beautiful scenery.

The hostel has some 70 beds and all rooms are en-suite.
Breakfast can be bought on site. The house offers communal kitchen.

The largest water-/amusement park in the Nordic Countries - Sommarland - is located only 6 kilometres away, as is the famous monastery church as well as Kata Gård - the ruins of Sweden's probably oldest church - which was 2017 turned into a permanent exhibition site.
Also the famous bird lake - Hornborgasjön - is located only some fifteen minutes away.
