Open year round. Archipelago restaurant by the guest pier in Fiskebäckskil. Besides the restaurant and whisky bar (Year’s Whisky Pub 2017 and 2013), they offer even lobster fishing and conferences. Catering; good for groups; child friendly; outdoor service; table service; reservations accepted, but guests without reservations are welcome.

Gullmarsstrand offers breakfast (even for non-guests of the hotel), lunch and dinner right on the water. Choose between Restaurant G or have coffee, wine or a lighter meal on the Veranda. The sea is the focus with fresh fish and shellfish. Different menus are designed with local seasonal products. The kitchen is KRAV-certified, and Gullmarsstrand is a member in the regional group "Smaka on Västsverige" (“Taste of Western Sweden”).

Situated in a genuine boathouse from 1905, in connection to Pelle’s Smokehouse. One of Grundsund’s oldest boathouse and is active from morning to late evening. Everything from children who love ice cream to mingles with a glass of wine in the afternoon sun. Or perhaps a modern cocktail at the sunset. Thursdays are dedicated to music, song and fun.

Ice cream kiosk (Lejonet & björnen [The Lion & the Bear] ice cream!) - even special ice cream for the dog! Souvenirs, candy, pastries, coffee. Renovation supplies, interior decorating, and presents. Local interior design articles including Tobias Mannheimer’s ceramics, seaweed seasonings, and handcrafts from Gysinge. Popular meeting place in central Fiskebäckskil with perfect sunshine in the afternoon.

The marina and guest dock office are also located in Skeppsbutiken. During the summer season, one can buy fresh baked bread and cinnamon buns, or ice cream, and sit at an outdoor table by the marina and watch the activity on the dock.

Sommardeonn "Fik & Butik" (Coffee and Shop-sounds cuter in Swedish) has a nice blend of gifts and clothes, good coffee, sandwiches, and homemade pastries, as well as ice cream. Located in the marina by the marine fuel station, if you come by boat.
