Discover the Björkehov's IS exercise track that starts at the clubhouse parking lot in Granbäcken, Kråkered. With orange reflectors marked, you can comfortably run with a headlamp along the trail that stretches through forest paths and dirt roads. Be prepared for some hills along the way.
The track is owned and maintained by Björkehovs IS and is classified as medium, which provides a suitable challenge. However, it is not accessible for prams or wheelchairs.
The vicinity offers three exercise tracks/hiking trails with lengths from 2.5 to 10.4 kilometres, all marked with reflective markings. A simple barbecue area is available on the hill near the car park by the club house.
Parking is available at Björkshovsstugan in Granbäcken, just a short walk of about 100 metres from the starting point. The nearest bus stop, Riksväg 27, is located at the Skrämbo stop, approximately 2.6 kilometres away.
