What Sjuhärad tastes like!

Gäsene Mejeri was established in 1931 as a way for the farmers in the Sjuhärad region to get fair payment for their milk. Even today it is Sweden's smallest dairy association and it is owned by 23 farmers from the area. This means that not a drop of milk has more than 25 minutes to the dairy in the heart of Sjuhärad.
