Gibsons Hotel has 27 19th-century inspired rooms, including double rooms, economy rooms, suites, and family suites. Breakfast, WiFi, and TV are included. You have a kettle and hairdryer in the room, and in the hotel corridor, there is a fridge, freezer, microwave, ironing board, and iron. Of course, dogs are also welcome at the hotel.

Hiking Trails and Garden Café

Outside the window flows the Säve River, where both salmon and beaver can be spotted. When you step out the door, you have the Bohusleden and Gotaleden hiking trails just a few steps away. For shorter walks, there is the "Herrgårdsrundan" to Aspen's beach and up to the majestic Jonsereds Herrgård. Enjoy Jonsereds Garden Café and smell the roses in "Thomas Von Brömssens trädgård".

Poppels Beer Journey and West Sweden's Best Bun

Join a guided tour of Poppels Brewery, located in the same building as the hotel. Learn about the journey of beer from hops to glass and finish with the Brewmaster's menu; rustic and well-prepared food with finesse and Poppels beer.

At the craft bakery Brödfabriken, you can enjoy "West Sweden's best bun" and "Gothenburg's best semla". Of course, there are plenty of other goodies to munch on, such as sourdough bread, sandwiches, pastries, and delicious coffee.

Digital History Tour

Take a digital museum tour in the factory area where you scan QR codes for information about Jonsered's exciting cultural history. William Gibson built the factories, the church, the school, and the retirement home. It is also possible to book a guided tour with the Local History Society.
