At Korvhantverks Fatabur, located in the beautiful surroundings of Orust, on the west coast, you’ll find organic and locally produced food without additives. Sausages and charcuterie delicacies are made from high-quality products, carefully crafted on-site by the sausage artisan Jon. In the kitchen garden, they grow their own vegetables, providing fresh and nutritious accompaniments to the flavorful dishes.

Ecological restaurant

The restaurant offers a small but delightful menu with delicious treats, such as sourdough pizza and various charcuterie. The dishes are prepared with care, using fresh, local ingredients for the best taste experience. Organic natural wines and local beers are also available to complement the delicious food. Food Events

During autumn and spring, different sausage and charcuterie events are offered for companies. You can also combine them with beer tasting, wine tasting, or other fun activities.
