Walking trail on Värnen’s biggets island
Värnen’s biggest island Torsö invites to a hike in scenic envirioment. The trail passes by two swimming beaches.
Take a walk in the forest on Torsö’s northwest side. The trail follows down towards Hattarevik in the south and then walks back up again. Here and there the path leads right up next to lake Vänern’s water, and you will pass two beaches if you fancy a swim in the heat (in Sandvik and Hattarevik).
A restaurant in Laxhall that is open during the summer has a outdoor seating on the dock with views out over the water between Torsö and Brommö. From here you can also take the ferry over to Brommö that also have lovely walking trails.
