The trolls along the Trollstigen are out around May 1 - October 1. Trollstigen is not suitable for strollers, wheelchairs or walkers.
The hike starts and ends at the Sandbäcken's homestead, where coffee is served on Sundays in the summer.
The hiking trail Laxhall-Hattarevik-Sandbäcken also passes here.
