Dacapo Mariestad is a municipal organisation with the purpose to coordinate and develop higher education in Mariestad. It also works to develop an inspiring research- and educational environment where the connection between students, research and trade is strenghtened.
Dacapo Craftmanship School was made a part of Gothenburg University in 2004, and today the university is the driving force behind the different educational lines under the Institution for Cultural Conservation in Mariestad.
Short Courses in Gardening and Building
These courses is the cause for a unique competence within gardening and building in Mariestad. This competence is something Dacapo wishes to make available through tailored short courses for the public. Therefore, Trädgårdsskolan offers shorter courses with a connection to the full educational lines. Dacapo Mariestad is responsible for these courses.
