The guide enlightens you about culture and the Swedish way of life, nature, the past and the present during the trip. Subjects closely connected to the Bohuslän soul, such as the sea, the herring trade, granite and stonemasonry - and tourism is also included in the experience.

Experience Dalsland's untamed wilderness with magical forests, lakes and the locks of Dalsland's canal. Marvel at the viaduct in Håverud and take part in Dalsland's exciting history from the past and present.

Public tours

Salta Guiden offers public guided tours May-September every year, and is happy to do combined Swedish & English tours – please get in touch about this, preferably 1-2 days in advance. She offers a guided gourmet walk in Lysekil and offer nature hikes during the art light festival Island of Light in September. Please check the event calendar and saltaguiden.se for dates and details. All the guided tours are made with built in social distancing and the gourmet walk is carried out with chambre separée in most places. Voice enhancer is used during tours and Anette Bargel is trained in CPR.
