Many divers say that Lysekil, situated on the edge of Gullmarsfjorden, is the best diving area in northern Europe. Join Dive Team down in the depths and you’ll understand how they can claim the title of Sweden’s largest diving school.

Diving centre next to the sea

Lysekil is just a 90-minute drive north of Gothenburg, or just over an hour south of Strömstad. The Dive Team centre is in Societetshuset Oscar, right next to the sea and only a few metres from great diving waters and snorkel paths. Gullmarsfjorden is Sweden's only real sill fjord with bedrock at its mouth, and has a variety of marine fauna that is unique in this country.

Many different courses with famous divers

You will meet knowledgeable sales staff, enthusiastic instructors and inspiring lecturers at the diving centre, including big names such as Klas Malmström and Anneli Pompe.
The range of courses is from first-time dives to PADI Divemaster as well as special courses in marine biology, underwater photography and scooter diving, just to name a few exciting options. The Dive Team centre has lecture rooms, a changing room, a lounge area, and a well-stocked shop full of diving items.
