Götene Municipality Sells Plots for 1 Krona

Are you considering buying a plot and building a house? Götene Municipality is now selling individual plots for 1 krona per square meter!

An individual plot is a plot in a residential area that, for some reason, has not been sold despite the other plots being fully developed. Some plots are in newer residential areas, while others have been vacant for a long time.

"We have some really attractive plots to offer that, for various reasons, have been more or less forgotten. Hopefully, potential buyers will take notice of these through this campaign," says Götene's councilor Johan Månsson.

The plots are available in several locations within the municipality: Götene, Lundsbrunn, Hällekis, Forshem, Gössäter, and Årnäs.

Götene Municipality stretches for fifty kilometers along the eastern shore of Lake Vänern. Kinnekulle is the gem of the region, and the municipality boasts Sweden's most beautiful train journey and two UNESCO designations: the Vänerskärgården Biosphere Reserve with Kinnekulle and the Platåbergens Geopark. Here, you live close to both larger cities, vast fields, and with the beautiful Vänerskärgården as your neighbor.
