About the adventure
Join us on a unique guided tour through Karlsborg's fortress with gunpowder smoke, cannons and adventure.
The guided tour starts with a film that takes you back in time to the year 1865 and how life at the fortress might have been then. Next, the guide takes you down into the dark, underground passages, where the gunpowder smoke is thick, cannons rumble and floors shake...
In Gravkaponjären, authentic environments are built. Suddenly you have come home to Administrator Forsberg and get to see how he lived. You can visit the gold vault with hundreds of gold bars to finally experience life at Bulta-Maja's tavern.

In summer the tour normaly is guided in Swedish but with the possibility to go with an English audioguide at the same time.
Combination tickets with the Fortress Museum
At our Ticket Office by the fortress, you can buy a combi ticket to the Fortress Museum, this on your existing online ticket. An excellent way to discover the entire history of the fortress at a discounted price!
