Virtually everything you need for your family or company meeting is available at Granvik Event. The popular holiday village has a manor house called Granviks Herrgård and a pub, and offers some very exciting climbing, a zip-wire and many great outdoor experiences.

Cottage accommodation on the shore of lake Vättern

The cottages are beautifully nestled between the magnificent lake and magical forests. Granviks holiday village consists of 8 well-appointed cottages for 4 people per cottage. With an extra sofa bed they can accommodate up to 6 people. Each cottage has one bedroom with two bunk beds, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen, and a veranda with seats facing lake Vättern. You are welcome to bring your dog here too.

Granvik Event is located about 15 km north of Karlsborg and about 35 km south of Askersund, and is a centre for outdoor experiences that everyone can enjoy, from keen sport-fishing fans and bird-watchers to families who want to experience the wonderful combination of forest and water. Here you can enjoy the magnificent Vättern archipelago with opportunities for fishing, boating, guest harbours, kayaking, climbing, pentathlon, swimming in the lake, wood-fired saunas - and much more!

There are several footpaths in Tiveden National Park that start from Granvik, including Djäknerundan.

Conference centre with accommodation, food and activities

Book your conference and team building activities in Granvik Event's modern conference rooms. Your meeting can take place in the manor house, the rustic pub or in the conference room. Stay overnight in the manor house or in the newly renovated cottages and wake up in high-quality beds in quiet surroundings. All meals are lovingly prepared using locally produced, seasonal fresh ingredients, as in the concept of the Nordic Swan ecolabel.

Liven up the experience and add some different activities to your daytime or evening event: choose between pentathlon competitions, the zip-line, climbing, trips on RIB boats and survival training.
