A sauna in the shape of the old beach huts in Hjo

This sauna is built as a tribute to the iconic beach huts at Hjo beach. It's that special something for a night out with friends, a kick-off event, or simply a delightful evening with the family.

ABOUT THE SAUNA


This sauna is wood-fired. If you’ve never experienced a wood-fired sauna before, you’re in for a real treat!

A wood-fired sauna provides a very pleasant heat and a completely different air quality. Furthermore, you can position this mobile sauna in a place which also provides you with a beautiful view through the panoramic window.

It takes about 45 minutes to reach 55-60 degrees Celsius, which is usually a comfortable temperature to start with. If you prefer it really hot from the start, wait an additional 15 minutes.

There is lighting under the benches, which can be turned on via a timer (2 hours) located in the front storage box. No electricity is needed as it is equipped with a 12V battery and a solar panel.

QUICK FACTS 

PICK-UP LOCATION: Stampens Kvarn
AVAILABLE AT: the sauna can be picked up from 12:00 PM, must be returned by 10:00 AM the following day (cleaned and ready).
KEY: key is available in a box
CLEANING: You either clean the sauna yourself or book a cleaning service
(cleaning equipment is available in a storage box)
FIREWOOD: included in the rental; extra firewood can be purchased at the time of your booking
SAUNA TRANSPORT/DELIVERY: You can transport the sauna yourself to your desired location or book delivery
SAUNA START-UP: if you book delivery of the sauna, you can also add sauna start-up-service at the time of your bokking. If you start the sauna yourself it takes about 45 minutes for the sauna to reach 55-60° C.
DRIVER'S LICENSE FOR SELF-TRANSPORT: The sauna is classified as a towed vehicle and can be driven with a B driver's license at 30 km/h.
WEIGHT AND CONNECTION FOR SELF-TRANSPORT: Weight is approximately 1200 kg, and it has a 7-pin connector (adapter available in the box).
