Lake Skogssjön

Lake Skogssjön or ‘Pankasjön’, as it is known by locals, is one of Falköping’s natural bathing spots. It has bathing jetties, a sandy beach, barbecue areas and a beach volleyball court. Beside the lake you will also find an outdoor gym and a wilderness play area.

Service centre (Motionscentral)

The service centre at Lake Skogssjön is the starting point for both summer and winter activities at Mösseberg. It provides free sauna, shower and changing facilities.

The bathing area has been adapted to ensure accessibility for all. A kiosk selling ice creams and drinks operates on the campsite during the summer season.

Dogs are not permitted in Lake Skogssjön/Pankasjön!

Parking

There are 40 parking spaces by the service centre. More parking can be found by the entrance to Mössebergs Camping & Stugby, around 400 metres from the bathing area.
