Big market in Ed - a folk festival.
In spring and autumn, there is a big market in Ed - a folk festival. Traffic through the town centre is shut down and the whole community is filled with people eager to shop.
October 11, starting at 09.00
One of West Sweden's largest markets, a big public festival where you can bargain, buy lottery tickets, eat good food and drink coffee. For the children there is a big funfair, pony rides and lots of other fun.
The market also has great social significance. It is where you meet old acquaintances - a weekend when many with their roots in Ed return home.
