In this beautiful red granary from the 1800s you will find Hantverksmagasinet, an arts and craft boutique and a showroom. Here you can buy crafts and artwork, such as textiles, wood, wrought iron, pottery, jewelry and Fair Trade products. There are also thematic exhibitions going on all year round.
The artisan and craftsmen of Åmål
Hantverksmagasinet is run by a nonprofit organization called “Åmåls Slöjdare & Konsthantverkare”(The artisan and craftsmen of Åmål). The organizationis open to all who are engaged in handicrafts, decorative arts, or have a general interest in crafts.
